frankaffe explores the world through conversations, while listening to leaders who build.

frankaffe is a non-commercial community-development enterprise, with an aim to define and document the zeitgeist through series of interviews with change-makers across sectors.

Our roots lie in understanding how people and enterprises interact with themselves and the world that surrounds them - through choosing what to communicate, what to imbibe, and the value systems employed. Through deep dive engagements, our global network of resource persons and editors jointly develop a definitive knowledge bank of contemporary perspectives, one with a potential to lead a foundational dialogue that shapes the path ahead.

In addition to documenting abstract and experimentative concepts which are only in the process of formalising themselves through practical applications, we delve into organisational and personal values which differentiate companies and individuals alike. There is a belief in universal greatness (contextual and nuanced), as opposed to a simple Likert scale that sifts between bad, good and great. The engagements we seek out are free flowing, and embedded in the now.

Their individual careers exhibit a pursuit of an integrated workspace and a coherent brand experience, by questioning the status quo while ensuring a win win.
